Voters approved the Kansas Lottery in&n🔯bsp;1986. The next year, it🌸 joined five other states in founding the Multi-State Lottery Association. Lottery tickets went on sale in 1988, with the instant game Up and Away generating over $7 million in sales in its first week.
Lotto Ameri✅ca tickets went on sale in 1988, and Powerball tickets followed in 1992. In 2002, the Kansas Lottery launched S๊uper Kansas Cash.
Mega Millions tickets went on sale in 20ꦜ10. To date, billions in revenue from the lottery have gone toward a variety of state initiatives.
